Paris Hilton Cuts Her Knee in Latest Music Video Mishap: ‘Guess Glitter Really Does Run in My Veins’

Paris Hilton is suffering for her art!

On Monday, Sept. 2, Hilton, 43, shared a clip of herself treating a cut on her knee while making a video for her new song “Bad Bitch Academy.”

“I guess glitter really does run in my veins 💁🏼‍♀️✨,” Hilton joked in the caption. “Can’t wait for you to see all this hard work come to life in the #BBA music video on Friday! 🔥 #BadBitchAcademy 👑#InfiniteIcon ✨.”

Wearing a sparkly silver outfit, the DJ and socialite moved her blooded knee closer to the camera and asked “Is there like glass in it?”

“Oh, it’s your sequin,” someone behind the camera said.

Hilton replied, “Oh, it’s a sequin inside of the skin?”

Another voice backstage could be heard saying, “Well in this shot, we’re very close. If we just want to bandage it right now and then we can really address it for makeup.”

“I can like put the knee, like hide it,” Hilton suggested, to which the other person agreed.

“Yeah, because we won’t see your knee in the shot,” they said. “So we’ll just make you comfortable and safe. We’ll get this last shot because you’re such a trouper.”

Hilton then added, “And then it will like heal while we get ready for the next shot.”

A hand with gloves was then seen wiping Hilton’s knee with a white cloth.

“I’ve put blood, sweat, fire and tears into this video,” she jokingly said with a smile, referring to the accidental trailer fire that took place on the set of the video for “Bad Bitch Academy” in August.

“I don’t know how the hell that happened,” she continued. “Slaying too hard.”

After the camera zoomed into her knee, which had been bandaged, Hilton joked, “Killing it with all my leg shots.”

“The show must go on,” the “Stars Are Blind” singer said.

Back in August Hilton shared a video of her items that had been burned in the accidental fire in her trailer.

While the possessions included Chanel jewelry and custom costumes from Michael Schmidt, no injuries occurred.
